★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used my information for there own gain and everytime I spoke to someone they had to write my personal information down that I said not to put down and they put me into jeopardy and I've said I no longer want there services they were down grading me and trying to make me a sound like a person who's more vunrable than vunrable that I'm not every woman has a vulnerability but with Renaissance Group they used information and typed it there way and not my way they also placed me with someone that shouldn't of been on the job she didn't look like a support person and had her vape in her mouth most of the time the lady who was ment to support me not very happy with the co coordinator I've said to her many times to withdrawal me from there sytem and delete all my files and information with them as I no longer need them they were not helping me they were downgrading me and misusing my information, Be warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client of Renaissance for 22 years and they have been I go to for Number one support for anything important which I don't know how to do on my own and they have been my only provider for good adequate support and they have been the best people I've always trusted and who I can pretty well count on in home care as back in the Early 2000s I used to live in a community home for the handicapped as I now that they provide support and home care for people with disabilities as they have been named Renaissance Disability Group and they've always been the only organization I can rely on to help me live independently and muture well and come a long way and they've always been the only ones I can rely on to give me full proper support and around any important situations of procedure that I am finding all to hard, and they've provided good service and absolutely amazing company and with them I don't have to be a alone and I know that during the week I can get the best support possible for what lyes ahead of me in life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had informed that I am not able to meet my support worker Today . They called my house phone and my mum pick up while I am sleeping at the end she had waked me up for them to talk to me while I fall asleep. Keep falling asleep while I am driving uber and my client wasn’t quite happy. This shouldn’t happens and not calling the house phone.
