What TRT aims to do to manage the people side of change
The TRT Strategic Plan document outlines the vision, mission and values of the organisation along with a summary of the strategic goals and themes. It will also note the expectation of leaders in TRT and what TRT standas for.
The series of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) were formed from the roadshow presentations that were rolled out in all regions for all TRT kaimahi. The questions were raised by kaimahi who attended to which the senior management team provided an across the board consistent response.
What it means to be a people leader at TRT overviews a summary of what kaimahi should expect of all leaders within TRT.
As TRT has been and continues to go through a period of change, the ‘What TRT aims to fo to manage the people side of change’ document overviews just that – how TRT will manage the people side of change, the need for effective communication, tips of communication and reasons for resistance to change.
