★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone needed a new screen due to water damage. Dropped off for a replacement and a few hours later, I was told it was ready to collect. I collected and drove home only to find the phone would not charge. They hadn't bothered to check if all was working beforehand. Returned back to the shop to be told it now needed a new charging module. To top it off the screen cracked a month later from less than 1/2 meter high even though I had a protective case and a screen protector they sold me that was so thick it made the phone screen very poor to respond to touch.
