Mike & Matt are extremely efficient, and let you know the issues or fix the problem without making a fuss (or letting you feel stupid if its a minor thing). I totally rely on Need a Nerd for our business and IT solutions. Great service, great team, great reliability.

The work was completed very quickly and he shared knowledgable advice to help further improve my home network. Glad I am now back up to normal speed again and look forward to investing in some new toys. Highly recommend these guys they know their stuff!
