"This place was recommended by our car insurance STATE and we are 100% satisfied with Repairhub. Every staff we dealt with were lovely to talk to, with sense of humour which is needed in the distressing moment, the service was so fast we got our car back 3 days later! The courtesy car was nearly brand new and economical. Our car came back absolutely perfect with no trace of damage. They even cleaned inside the car with vacuuming and a good wipe, with a nice fragrance. We don’t want to have accident again, but if we do, we would like to return to them."

BEWARE update today 16 march 2022 Constance attempts to resolve this issue has failed IAG/STATE has failed to address emails and muitable calls today NAS from the call center has me on hold for a hour plus Declined my rights to speak to Michele the Claims Resolutions officer. My attempts for resolution have to date been ingnored. THE NEXT STEP as I have completed my legal obligations UPDATE today Monday, took my car to another panelbeater was shocked when more issues where pointed out. DISAPPOINTED that you don't own up . Hence you lack of response is nothing short of appalling. PLEASE take note this is not going away. This is a brand new car I left in your care. Darren stop playing games and sort your shoddy work out. The fist time I went to pick up my car you damaged parts had to back for repair , The second time color not right and orange peel. As owned by IAG they hide behind each other Dont send me silly text to me when you were just called by IAG to fix issues asking me if it is all sorted when you know it's not

Not good time keeping, whether busy or not, never keep a customer waiting!. I had a corporate meeting I had to reschedule from 10am till 11am. Waited over 40mins after my scheduled appointment at 9am. I'm going to ask my insurer to suggest another place for future reference. I cant have this happen as I could lose potential clients! Very disappointed!

Repairhub exceeded my expectations greatly. 1 day after i made my insurance claim i recieved a txt message from them to advise me they would be expecting me with a time and date which was very efficient. The customer service skill level was way above par and very professional in my opinion. My courtesy car was very clean and convenient. The workmanship in the paint and panel shop was nothing less than professional and verry efficient, I recieved my car before the date it was estimated to be complete. Thanks Repairhub

So my car was booked for 3pm they accommodated me very well when asked to come earlier . Super friendly service got offered a coffee or tea in a nice warm reception area.They offered to get me an Uber or courtesy car also while my car gets repaired.grwat communication and great service!!

They fixed the car properly and I had a really nice courtasy car that is simply amazing. They lost 2 stars though, reason being, I got a text from them saying the car was fixed, I drove all the way out and then it wasn't ready, so I had to come back another day. So that wasted half a day due to their txt message system not working properly. Also they asked me fill out their customer survey before I received the car which is a bit cheeky. I got another txt the next day saying it was ready. When I arrived they were washing it so had to wait another 40min. I really like the idea of this business. Ladies at reception are nice. They just need to fix their txt message service.

Unsatisfactory customer service. I had an appointment for 10.30am to drop the car off, arrived at 10am and I was happy to wait till 10.30am, called the office at 10.05am to advise I had arrived and to let them know where I was parked. I was told by the lady that I was next to get seen by the estimator. It was now 11am and I made a second call to the office to follow up and I was asked by another lady why I didnt call when I arrived? I said I did call and then she rudely told me I should have called when I arrived after I just told her I did call? I understand the pressure of covid and having to work with restrictions but keeping customers waiting for 30 minutes is unacceptable and to deal with rude staff just makes the situation harder for customers. I have contacted State Insurance to find me another repairer as I couldnt wait this morning for your company to get organised. The other repairer was great in efficiency, customer service and getting the estimate done in less than 15 minutes.

It's hard to imagine how the staff of Repairhub keep so efficient during the pandemic. It took less than ten minutes to inspect my car and give me the resolution. I just waited four days, including the weekend, to get my car. It was repaired perfectly and got cleaned. Highly recommended!
