★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner tried to buy a battery for his truck on Friday 30th April 2021 via LayBuy instore which they advertised as a payment method. But they couldn't supply him with this payment method because they didn't know what they were doing. They didn't even offer any other solutions or ring another store or head office to see how to sort this. Just said we can't do LayBuy at the moment. So be prepared to pay cash if your want to use LayBuy as they couldn't offer it to him at the checkout. Useless, incompetent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I returned a faulty product and got it replaced with a not up to specs when I found and returned and explained that the replace was not up to standard it was promptly corrected good on you staff pleasant to do business with people that bo the right thing in the end.. PS it is not about making a honest mistake but how you dealt with it, a very pleasant outcome.

I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable as they seemed to know what they were talking about. The bright yellow store makes it easy to spot as you are moving down the road trying to locate the store. If you looking for a gift maybe try Repco as I am sure they may have something that could suit the occasion.
