★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in a couple of days ago to purchase some mounting tape for the interior light at the back of my car. In the end the guy suggested a high temp red rtv silicone gasket maker (to glue the light to the glass) and a bottle of methylated spirits (to clean the residual glue on the glass) . The gasket maker didn't work at all as it doesn't stick to the glass and I can peel it off easily with my bare hand. The methylated spirits could clean the glass but could not get rid of the residual glue on the glass. Two stars for the customer service. Only two stars due to my disappointment on the advice given and product recommended. Total waste of my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have totally lost faith in this store. My last 4 purchases from here have been an absolute shambles. I have received goods from Repco Kapiti that have been used, returned by a customer, then the packaging has been taped back together and then sold to me; not once, but twice!
I was sold wrong parts for my car and on another occasion the item purchased was broken. Today around 5.15pm I was told my order had not come through correctly to the store and that's why I had not received correspondence to collect it. 5 minutes later I am told that someone from the store rung me earlier this afternoon around 2.45 and left me a voicemail to tell me that one of the items was unavailable. I have no missed calls on my phone and no text message informing me I have a new voicemail.
So, which is it? The order hadn't gone through to the store correctly or they had rung me earlier and left me a voicemail? It can not be both. I would not recommend this store to anyone!
