Service area staff need training in customer interaction. I was told by salesperson to bring car in (as it was repeat faulting) Service staff ignored me when I arrived and then told me to disconnect the battery, to reboot the computer! That is not service.

My Mazda went in to get the air bag swapped over (factory recall). The staff there had world class service. They washed my car before giving it back. I was very impressed as this whole experience was free and they certainly didn't have to go the extra mile.

the service when you get it is good, but having a centralised phone answer service is useless. It takes ages to get through, when you do you just get a central operator. I just want to organise a service, and now make a quick call to know when it'll be ready so I can plan the rest of my day. All takes much longer than dialling direct

Called in today as my car (serviced in Auckland a couple of weeks ago before my road trip) was leaking a little bit of oil. David, the Service Manager couldn’t have been more helpful. One of the guys removed the underbody panels to check for leaks, cleaned up a small amount of oil residue, and buttoned the car back up for me all while I waited. Thanks guys, great service for an out-of-towner who can now drive home without worrying the whole way?

Brought my Mk 5 2016 Mondeo in unannounced needing a front bulb replacement on Friday 2nd July. The Mk 5 Mondeo is an excellent vehicle in my opinion but it is extremely fiddly to replace the front bulbs. The crew at Capital City got on with the job straightaway and spotted the park light was also out. I cannot fault their service and doubly grateful for the wee discount given on the labour. Thank you again.

They say lightening doesn`t strike twice at the same place. Well, It`s not true. For the second I took my vehicle to a simple WOF and was once again surprised to receive a RUC bill of $2939.22 to be paid, simply because there was a mistake on the kilometers reading mistake. For my surprised disappointment, once again, exactly the same thing happens on the last time I took the same vehicle there. Only back then the bill for the RUC was over $5000.00. Do you wonder why am I extremely upset?
