★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a Small store and you would think the staff would be helpful....instead they are either talking to each other and ignore customers or they will reluctantly whisper if you need a hand.
Never been so disappointed like this in any store.
Please learn from supercheap, they have helpful staff and who are happy to help and seem very energetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into the store to buy a new sound system. Staff were completly dazed in their own world. Noone could point me in the right direction for the product I was looking at and tried to upsell me something way out of my budget. I asked to speak to the short blonde girl that I am sure was the manager but I was told she left, only person who knew stuff. Still noone would help me. Ended up leaving the store with no sound system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in here a couple of times and found the staff can be very rude. For someone who doesn't know anything about cars, I asked for abit of assistance to help me find what I was needing, they made me feel super uncomfortable with the lack of interest they showed to help me, and expected me to just know instead of helping me. After today I will definitely not be going back and will continue to shop at supercheap where they're always whiling to help with a smile unlike Repco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in to Rangitikei branch after a visit to Tremain Avenue branch great service from Angus went out of his way to help & contact Wanganui branch for the item that I was looking for & organized to be picked up next day. Difference between two branches night and day at the Tremain person on the counter was having big long conversation with the customer when I got to the counter didn't even want to acknowledge me after 5minites he walked out to check the customers car outside completely ignoring me standing by the counter. I had to go look for sales person at the back counter. I was informed the item was in stock at the Rangitikei and Levin branch. When I walked out sales person was still with the customer outside after checking under-hood customers car it was time to listen to the engine, when I left, he was still engrossed in long conversation with the customer outside. At least nod of the head towards the customer would have been sufficient. Rangitikei Branch 5 Stars ?Tremain I'll keep driving. ?
