I take all our cars to Holden. I trust their work and know that our cars are safe. Love that we get a full report of what is going to need replacing at a next service. The staff is fantastic and the knowledge they have makes me feel safe on the road.

I love going to Robertson Holden. All of the staff are so friendly and nothing is a problem. They always go the extra mile for you and because they are so great I returned back to purchase another vehicle from them. They really are fantastic and make you feel like a valued customer. Friendly & helpful staff. Communication is excellent and they strive to go the extra mile for their clientele. Pricing is steep but that is to be expected from a genuine Holden dealership/service center.

Never dealing with this company again. They took $1200 to fix an issue with my car but the same day I picked it up the engine light was still on. Why would you call someone tell their customer the car is ready when the Engine light was still on? and they knew it was still on as on the receipt it said they tried clearing the lights, but they remained on. Prior to accepting their quote, I asked will the engine light go away when this is fixed, and they said yes. They did mention it might be back in a month or maybe longer, either when the actuator got more clogged or when the engine gives up. I was ok with the idea of it coming back on in the future but to be called and told your car is ready and then upon turning the car on I see the engine light still on that was just deceiving. Did they expect me to drive off with the Engine light still on after paying $1200 and feel happy about it… So I straight away got out of the car (car still in their lot) back to the reception, unfortunately the guy that fixed it was not there so they kept the car and gave me the loan car and the next day is where I am told too bad and tough luck. Next day, the person I was dealing with said, we can always clear it for you when it comes on, which only clears it for 30 minutes and then it comes back in, I am not going to drive every 30 minutes to get the light cleared. They even mentioned to clear it then take it to turners and sell it to them...I thought that was so unethical. Only reason I went with them with their steep prices is because they are a holden service repair agent, so I thought I was getting the best of the best. If I wanted to be in a guessing game of what’s wrong with the car, I would of done it by myself (already have a ODB reader so can self-diagnose). Didn't know I was going to throw $1200 and then be told it’s too bad that the light is back on and that it came back on much earlier than they anticipated and then started coming up with excuses about more issues with the engine and telling me I need an engine replacement. The person I was dealing with tried on multiple occasions to talk to the manager to straighten this out, but response was the same line of 'tough luck' Never ever dealing with this company again. The people I dealt with were nice apart from that the whole ordeal was horrible. So much time wasted going back and forth. I hope no one gets caught out by them again, and next time before paying get them to show you what they have fixed and that the repair was done before paying.

Excellent service, called in on way to Tauranga with car misfiring. Immediately diagnosed fault, and repaired plus washed car and on our way again. Many thanks to all the staff involved. Exceptional service and would highly recommend anyone needing car repairs. Thanks.

Great team. Always go above and beyond the call of duty. Especially great to work with Russell Andrew and Sharon O'Sullivan, and all the rest of the team. Would give more stars if I could. Huge shout out for Russell. Would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a car.
