★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask which was supplied by a doctor due to allergies. I was accosted by the manager at Repco Petone and asked to put on a mask, I kindly showed him my exemption, his first response was to ask for the doctors certificate - actually illegal - he then continued to tell me my exemption wasn’t valid but he’d ‘let me have it this time’ - may be the last time I shop at repco, back to super cheap I go! Was only there for a car smelly and was in store for less than 3 minutes, only customer there at the time. May pay to take some time to read what the rules are around d belittling those of us with exemption, especially when I showed I was vaccinated.
