★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible shop. Use Resene shops in Auckland and find them helpful etc, but this place terrible.
Went there twice and found assistants unhelpful and had poor knowledge. Asked for advice but told instructions on back of cans, and told all at my own risk? Both women rude and unhelpful.
Hopefully there is a Dulux shop in Thames .

( not just me saying that - have heard alot of comments around town & have wittnessed it myself when I was an interior design student and apparently asked her the wrong question regarding samples I required for my studies!)
