Very professional. My son has noticed a vast improvement in his room as we are on a main road. Highly recommend Retrofit.

The end result is excellent, high quality material, fits into the exterior building façade and provides my tenants with increased comfort, less noise and hopefully energy cost savings. Like any big project, there were a few problems along the journey, but how they are sorted out is what's important. Dan and the team were responsive and obliging at all times. They are busy so it can take time to get from initial inquiry to final completion, but the results are worth the wait. We were recommended to use Retrofit by a neighbour, and in turn am happy to recommend to others.

On the day of the visit, I received a phone call from Mike 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm the appointment. Mike was great - polite, respectful, understanding, and very easy to talk to. He provided different options, which were better suited to my budget.
Even though I am unable to progress with a retro fit, I cannot fault the service and professionalism. Very impressed.
(My brother has actually booked a retro fit for his house and he has also been very impressed with the service he has received so far)
