They took the time to listen to my requirements and predicted cycling activity, recommending a bike that’s met my needs exceptionally well. They’ve been super helpful when I’ve popped in with queries what’s more their service recall system is great too. An email reminder to book a service is certainly much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is one year and 24 days in the making. We bought two Smart motion x-city in 2021 and they were delivered on 1 January 2021 in time for all good intentions to start. I now cycle to work save on the rainiest days. We had bought a Haines Hunter boat a couple of months before the bikes but have now sold the boat and bought an RV instead because quite simply we fell in love with cycling again and cannot fish! We have done the Lake to Lake (Te Anau to Manapouri) trail, have started the Otago Rail Trail, Nelson Great Taste trail, midway through the Wilderness trail, completed the Lake Dunstan trail, cycled Lake Wanaka, Lake Hawera and their surrounding trails, started the Around the Mountain trail and have our eye on the Alps to Ocean trail. There have been lots of small cycles inbetween. It is therefore fair to say we have been out cycling and have made use of the bikes to be able to thoroughly recommend them. The great thing about cycling NZ is that you get to enjoy the stunning scenery for free. The sales and after sales service is excellent and we cannot say enough about how much enjoyment we have had this last year. We look forward to many more years cycling and hitting the trails - we would add that we are in our early 50s so are not mountain bunnies as is evident from the basket on the front of my bike which always brings a smile to people's faces.
