★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the I really can't say service. It should be lack of service. Was looking at buying an E Scooter today. But couldn't even get a staff member to help me. They were all standing around the counter, not even willing to approach a customer to help them. Had a coulpe of staff members walk past me but still didn't offer to help, let alone even acknowledge me. Think I will be looking elsewhere for an E Scooter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a SUP saying it was in stock only to find out it wasn't , waste of my time and why does it take 3-5 days to refund a credit card payment ? Just type the bloody card number in and press refund ! No customer care. Avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop looking for advice on purchasing a water proof coat, I got “served” by the tall long blond hair girl, who pretend to help me, she was not only unknowledgeable of the products but also disinterested in helping us.
I have work sales all my life, If you don’t know what you doing then get another job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week while visiting Nelson, we had a problem with my e-bike which kept losing power. Contacted Torpedo7 and everyone we spoke to ie Marama, Hamish, Andrew and Stefano were very helpful. Stefano, the bike mechanic, found a fault in my bike's rear wheel and fixed it promptly. Great service. Thanks Torpedo7 Nelson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with Andrew from Torpedo Nelson store. I arrived right on closing time (I'm guessing that's pretty gutting when you want to get home). He wasn't phased and quickly sold me a Kayak. Awesome service, he went out of his way, I'd have understood if he told me they were closing and to come back another day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wonder around the bike area for at least 15 minutes to finally had to deal with a staff member named Grace, she wasn’t able to answer any of the questions I had and extremely RUDE and impolite about it. My advice when wanting to get good profesional service avoid Grace at all cost, and find someone else in the store. At the end a young staff member ended up saving the bad experience I had with her by providing answers to all the questions I had.

Visited the store to buy some nice merino as it is getting a bit cold, after browsing a bit and being helped by some friendly staff members I made my way to the counter there, I was served by an unpleasant woman, all I asked her was if it was possible to get another size of pants, her mood and tone drastically changed when I asked and got a rude response: NO! It is not possible! (not explanation about it) she gave me the impression that she wanted to get rid off me as quick as possible. Then at home saw the name of the this person printed on the receipt “Grace”. After reading the other reviews it made sense to write one too, so people can avoid a bad experience dealing with her.
