I've been for a couple of hair cuts at Rev but after my last visit I will not be going back.
This time around my hairdresser started cutting my hair and then washed it which put a massive birds nest knot in my hair because the cut hair was not completely brushed out. I kept my cool and tried to be as understanding and helpful as possible by going home to brush the dreadlock out myself so that the next appointments would not get backed up. I returned so they could finish my cut, expecting some sort of discount for the massive ordeal. I was told no, the discount was that I didnt have to pay extra for the hour it took my hairdresser to put a dreadlock in my hair and painfully hack at it with a brush.
It was not my fault like you suggested. Regardless of the state of my hair when I walked in, you should have had the skills and knowledge to deal with it.
You screwed up. And you made me pay for it.
Disgusting.
