★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rushed and lots of bits missing, almost painful as she combed my hair. Didn't do any form of cleanup and brush away the left over bits of hair all over my face and neck, i left with hair in my eye. Pushed the clippers into the top of my ear multiple times pretty hard so it hurt to the point i was surprised it didn't cut me. I have been there a few times only when the other place at bayfair is too busy, never had a good experience just enough not to complain on an open forum until now. Won't be going back. Could never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a long asymmetrical Bob, the lady behind the counter was friendly and assured me they could do it, i had a reference picture and the hair length that it required. They took my details and I awaited my appointment. Should have gotten a back pack because I came out looking like Dora the Explorer. I had not asked for a short, chin length Bob, which is what I received. Now some might look good with a skewed bowl cut, but I however do not. I had been growing my hair out from a short buzz and was very excited for my first trim, only to be put back 6 months and on the Incredibles. I was assured that the hair stylist had had 30 years of experience and knew hair, well, she knew them well enough to cut it all off. Not pleased at all, suffered at all kinds of mushroom comments and definitely wouldn't recommend you go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamish who cut my hair did a terrible job. He cut my hair in less than 10 minutes. It was supposed to be an easy straight cut. When i got home my boyfriend noticed quite a few missed hairs. The guy cut my hair quite unevenly.
Never again.
Had to pay an extra 50 bucks to get it fixed up at a different place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a haircut with my partner. My partner wanted a trim. The blonde woman he got said she couldn't cut his hair, she had to shampoo it first. She was extremely rough, especially when drying and the hairdryer made contact with his head multiple times. Not to mention, she didn't once show him the back of his head as is standard practice everywhere else I've ever gone. Once leaving (due to covid we didn't want to stick around) we have a look at his hair. It was absolutely dreadful. It was uneven and looked like it had been hacked at. We had to go to another barbers and get it fixed. The barber asked if he did it himself, and had to shave it off in order to save it. $73 for a woman's trim and a males trim and wash. My partner had to pay another $25 in order to fix it. We will not be recommending, or coming back. The photo is of the back of my partners head before shaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never use this place again. When I was seated there was still a heap of hair on the chair which I brushed off and sat on, the apron didn't cover anything so I had to walk around with hair all over my clothes and neck.
To top it off, it was the worst haircut I've ever had. I could've done better with a pair of scissors. My cut was so uneven and it looked like it had been hacked at. One side of my hair looks layered and the other side not. The fringe was so crooked with uneven bits hanging everywhere. I was so embarrassed when I went to work the next day and a customer bellowed out "what did you do to your fringe". It was the worst place I've been for a cut. Only one positive thing, the hairdresser was nice to talk to. But I cried for days after when I looked at my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man who cut my hair was nice. However the haircut I received was not what I asked for. I got the cut towards the end of the day (5pm). The haircut took no more than 15 minutes and seemed extremely rushed. He was aggressive and quick with the clippers, to the point of me being in pain.
I had been growing my hair out and wanted an inch off the top and he took almost all of it off. He said at the end that he took more off because HE preferred it that way. He finished the cut and my hair was still soaking wet, there was no cleanup process, and loose hair was everywhere. Although hair is fixable it was still a bad experience for me. It's a shame I had to pay $35 for this. Which I also think is grossly overpriced for the quality of the cut.One of the worst haircuts I've received unfortunately :(
