β β β β β The worst dentists in Nelson/Tasman! After paying lots of money for a root canal the tooth became infected and had to be pulled. I changed to a different dentist at the centre and she was ok until I broke a tooth and she rebuilt it so poorly that it lasted only a couple of months.
I changed again to the most senior dentist they had and he quoted me thousands for all sorts of work that had apparently been unnoticed by my previous dentist. After he fixed the broken tooth I complained that it was done in such a way that every time I ate I got food stuck. He wanted to charge me for a complete rebuild of his shoddy work!
When dealing with the staff at the front desk they were rude and unhelpful. (I think the receptionists are all sourced from the local retirement villages). They dismissed any complaints, were vague about costs and blatantly lied to me.
Thankfully I finally changed to Munro Dental who fixed my issue very quickly and at a reasonable price and did everything at a high quality in a fraction of time these clown would have taken.
Do yourself a favour and go with a more modern dental practice staffed with actual professionals.

β β β β β I need emergency treatment for an awful toothache and a gum issue. I was seen almost immediately and the problem was sorted between two visits. The staff were kind and reassuring. Clarence and his lovely assistant put me at ease right from the beginning. I even left with a smile...even if it was a bit lop sided?

β β β β β I was having emergency visit and they have put me an appointment immediately later on the day, the tooth was not perfectly done due to complexation of my tooth but I was seen again for checking it up and consultation. They were not money hunger, really reasonable with the charge and gave me good option to think what I want to do to fix it. I am extremely happy to see them again in the future, great dentist especially Graham and very professional. Not sure with other bad comment I read. Totally different experience for me. Thank you all.
