★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real top service from Mel been looking after our 3 rentals so hassle free for us for aprox 5 years plus even though we live next door to the property's we don't need to bother with the get it right business of rentals Mel worth every penny we pay via fees, never resign or if you ever change camps so do we.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mel is awesome - responsive and pro-active and on the ball. 1 call and visit and contracts onsite and we were all signed up. Barbara is a waste of space - must use pay as you go phone as she never calls you back (musn't have the credit .......more likely lack of drive !!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. Barbara did an outstanding job for my parents place and my sisters 2 rentals. Their property management team are fussy on who they put in our rentals, and if it leaves a few disgruntled potential tenants who aren’t suitable so be it. Keep up the great work guys?

She found us a great tenant and has been awesome at communicating any problems and suggesting and organizing small fixes where required. I have now sold the property, but if I was to have another rental property in Richmond in the future, I'd definitely choose Mel. Thanks Summit for a stress free rental. Highly recommended
