★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When asked to correct a mistake they had made not loading a warrant and being told they would then ringing after 1 hour to determine progress was told their clients took priority even though I was a client within the past 2 months. Was told they would fix when they get around to it leaving my car unable to be registered and I was due to travel at 5am. When I said I needed it corrected before 5pm I was hung up on. So I was left with a car with a warrant which has not been loaded in system unable to be unregistered so illegal on road with no insurance
