Bought something where we were not sure if we would need it for the next hike and asked in advance if it's possible to give it back of course untouched¬ used.
We gave it back 2 days later, had to justify why we didn't bring it back the day earlier (were hiking) and then they claimed we touched/used the product what we definitely didn't. Got a refund but don't recommend going there!
Btw opening hours on Google maps must be wrong, closes much earlier.
