β β β β β I visited here over the weekend and asked the receptionist to help me find a resident, she vaguely gestured to a lift and told me someone on level 2 would know.... I duly went up to L2 and again was greeted with vague and disinterested instructions which lead me down a labyrinth to nowhere! Either invest in some signs or educate your staff on customer service.
