★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I left my phone in one of the buses (Northern Express) and I rang the main office in Albany.. the driver of the bus and the main person in the office helped me a lot to get my phone in like half an hour.. such a good staff and brilliant service I have experienced Thank you guys ?

Don't use this bus company. One driver on 22 March 229, south of Christchurch seriously nearly caused a major accident through terrible aggressive driving when there was no need. The company needs to train it's drivers better and teach them to respect other users on the road. DON'T USE THEM. THEY ARE A RISK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I am taking the time to write how much i appreciated the amazing help that I received today from your Albany branch. I spoke with a man called Norm. My son left his bag on the bus he phoned me in a panic so I got on the phone to try and sort it out. I thought it would be impossible to get help but I was very wrong Norm was so very helpful he asked all the right questions so that he could track down the driver and find the bag. I have one very happy son. Thank you Norm you deserve a hand shake from your manager :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking the NX1 bus for many years and I take this bus every day for going to school. However, I see a driver (NX1 scheduled to depart at 3.31pm from Smales Farm Stn; the destination is Hibiscus Coast Stn) which is a female and she has a very horrible attitude.
One day my friend forgot his bus card and I tagged on normally, and I asked her to tag my friend on (buy a paper ticket), she was like being very loud and swearing to us by saying we are stupid and being very loud with an absolute rubbish attitude. I don't understand what I did wrong on that day.
And what I see is that driver closes the door before everyone who wishes to take her bus is onboard her bus every day. Maybe it is because she thinks there are too many people on her bus, but she didn't even say anything, just being rude and literally shut the door and just gone. I see spaces and seats upstairs the bus and she literally did that somehow in which I do not understand at all.
