★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money. Car obviously had a few miles on it but it was perfectly clean and reliable. I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was in the car as we had originally ordered the next size up which wasn't available but what we ended up with was perfectly adequate.
Given there is no staff on site the key arrangements were good, but we nearly had a problem as there was no car park exit ticket left in the car. Fortunately the day manager was nearby and able to supply another in pretty short order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to rent a 10 seater van so our 3 kids 10-14years would have plenty of room during our family holiday travelling - and it was worth the money! Each one had a bench seat each and plenty of room to stow our bags under the seats. Great service and vehicle. The only negative was my legs were too short climbing up to the passenger seat so my attempts were very entertaining to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Recommended! I used their smallest truck and it fit my whole lounge suite, kitchen table/chairs AND my king bed and drawers. Cheapest price around also and the staff are very friendly and polite.

I booked Rite price rentals Rotorua last minute in the hopes i could get a truck, I was rang by the customer service as the truck i wanted was booked, however Henare was amazing and after a few more calls I managed to book 2 trucks over 3-4 days
I couldnt recommend these guys more, amazing customer service and getting the trucks and returning them was fast and easy
