Sometimes warm and welcoming other times not so much. I travel an hour and a half for my scans, half hour sessions are mostly 10 minutes , no options of photos other than your 12 and 20 week

My daughter a first time mum to be had her second ultra sound today hoping to find out the gender of her baby. The scan started off good and then "the lady" switches off the screen and my daughter asked "wait can we not find out the gender? " The lady" replys "oh well this was just a follow up because we couldn't quite see everything last time, I just got what I needed to". My daughter once again asked "so I can't find out the gender today? "The lady" answered with a " ugh we can have a quick look". I mean how bloody rude and tied can you be. My daughter was devastated and not even a heads up on having to ask BEFORE the appointment for photos of the scan. My daughter left empty handed ,devastated and disgusted in their services. No pregnant women let alone a first time mama should have to put up with this appalling "service".

My daughter went in for a pregnancy ultrasound scan for a check up, and to determine baby's gender. Unfortunately the clinic wasn't able to determine the gender but advise her that they were 75% sure baby was a girl. She and my granddaughter were made to wait while the clinic tried to get a better profile picture causing unnecessary stress to my granddaughter and resulted in a lesser quality photo than the original one. My daughter asked if she could take her daughter out to the car where family were waiting, but was told if she did that would be the end of her appointment. At the conclusion of the appointment my daughter was not given or offered any photo's to take home. All round it was an unpleasant experience.

Came for a dating scan in May 2021 and the older lady who took me for the scan was very rude and had no sense of boundaries. When I first entered the room she told me to lay on the table then proceeded to pull my top up and my pants and underwear down without saying anything. At this point I was uncomfortable and started to push her hand away and my pants back up. She got annoyed and told me to stop moving and that I need to be still. I had to tell a "professional" that she still needs to ask for my consent before she can touch me and to explain what is happening. She knew that this is my first baby and my very first scan. That experience has made me very hesitant to go back for my next scan which was scheduled tomorrow. I asked if I could bring my partner as a support person and explained this situation to the office person telling her how uncomfortable I would be if I was to go by myself, she said no. Rivercity ultrasound, do better.

You people get to get a grip!. Support people needing to fully vaccinated.!! Honestly. About to be new mothers, should be given more respect. Pathetic!. This is outright discrimination. Shame on you!

I was referred for a pregnancy scan. I've been told my unvaccinated husband is not allowed to be there. I explained that we lost our last baby and that this scan is a big deal for us, but manager didn't show an ounce of caring or compassion. I asked to speak to the owner but, though they're so scared of covid in their clinic, he/she is overseas. Time to get with the times and listen to science, as the mandates clearly did not work plus if covid was in my household they'll get it off me with or without hubby there anyway, though they will be vaxxed to the max, right? They must be the last business in town to have this ridiculous and pointless rule. The manager could learn some customer skills too. This is stressful to me, an expectant mother. Clearly they don't care about mums and their babies. Shame on you! Discriminatory place.

If you like a cold reception from an arrogant receptionist and don't mind being seen by an older "English" woman that doesn't know her left from her right when dealing with an injury to the right leg then this is the place to come. NOT!!! Honestly folks, go somewhere else, they treat you like your an INCONVENIENCE. My husband had the worst experience ever. These people are paid to provide a service, if they don't enjoy their jobs they should retire or hire nice people that provide good service. A smile is free. I give them one star just for being open.
