broadway radiology is home to an experienced and dedicated team of medical professionals using all of the latest technology and techniques available to you in modern and comfortable surroundings

We are born and bred in the Manawatu and we care about our community. Broadway Radiology has been serving our patients for over 20 years with premises around the Manawatu and Horowhenua region.

 

We work closely with Surgeons, GPs and other health professionals such as Midwives and Physiotherapists. We share radiology images using a picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and together, we work as a team to manage your healthcare.

 

While we love technology and what it can offer, we’re aware that behind every scan and image there is a real person, with a family and loved ones. We know that coming to see us may be scary and full of the unknown but it is our mission to make your visit as hassle-free and comfortable as possible.

Terrible. Was dismissed of my injuries and told the cause was for β€˜being overweight’ and was told to β€˜hit the gym’. Would not recommend for anyone under 21 as I was told there was no help for me because I was too young. I was told that I was lying about my injuries and all of my concerns were dismissed. And my appointment was a month later than I was told, which has resulted in me losing my job.

This is my second bad experience here so I will post a review this time. Still waiting for my apptmt to start, after 40 minutes. No one checking on me, no one explaining why the long wait, in fact no staff members in my waiting area to even make an enquiry with. I had to go back and ask at the front desk for someone to look into it and still no word. Very disappointing. For a state of the art facility this is the second time the service has been really poor. And I waited the three week wait time to get into this facility, instead of going to a smaller place that had availability within a week, thinking somehow this newer and bigger place would be worth it. Next time I will go with the smaller place.

I just had a terrible experience with their customer service representatives. The lady on the phone, Zoe I believe was quite rude to me and kept on transferring to other person who put me straight to the voice mail. Eventually I have been called back and during call they just cut me off. First time I come across such a terrible customer service. Also taking into account the emotional stress I am going through booking biopsy for my mother who need is for cancer treatment. I hope their management could address this issue as i t is very upsetting for people to be treated this way when they in distress. On the side note, I spoke to another lady this morning at 11:54AM from the same radiology and she was very lovely.

I was there yesterday for a biopsy. They went above and beyond doing multiple different tests to cover all basis. Truly taking care of their patient. So kind. Talked us through everything carefully. Blown away by the service to be honest. And then gave a tea and biscuits at the end. Thank you so much for respecting me and my family so much and making a scary process as good as it can be!

Quiet inconvenient where I can't bring my 8 month old son with me to my appointment, so now my husband has to take time off work just so I can make the appointment ?

This review is on the behalf of my partner. Unfortunately my partner has a wrist injury that the doctors/physio are trying to figure out. After being referred to broadway radiology, she was greeted with the upmost disrespect from one of the x-ray operators. After explaining her situation, she seem to be borderline tolerable. After the X-ray was taken, she was then moved to the ultrasound waiting area, where she overheard the x-ray operator and ultrasound operator (Clara?) talking disrespectfully behind my partner back, this really offended my partner making her feel like such a inconvenience on these two rude employees lives. This has put a-lot of unnecessary stress on my partner in what is a very stressful time in our lives! I AM TOTALLY SHOCKED WITH HOW THESE β€œPROFESSIONALS” HAVE TREATED MY PARTNER, AND WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN.

Second bad experience! Very obnoxious staff, not allowing both parents to be in for the scan citing business policy. Please avoid going here as the staff is rude, judgemental and disrespectful (Don't know what's the point of scanning people with their eyes from head to toe when talking to patients at the entry).
