★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Food was excellent for the price. Pork and chicken both cooked to perfection and very tasty. Vegetables all cooked perfectly, not too soft, and the gravy was delicious! Highly recommend as a healthy option for a reasonable price. McDonald's next door can get stuffed!!!

Ordered a meal with chicken and a meal with beef but got given 2 beef even though we pointed it out, was told it was "already cut" the chips were stale and cold like they were sitting there for hours before we got there. Their sandwiches ain't even sandwiches they are just meat with gravy in a standard slice of bread that we can get from a dairy for like $1.00. BOTH of our beef meals, had beef that was so dry and hard. This just was not a good meal for us. We received bad customer service when we questioned them putting beef on our chicken meal instead of the asked chicken?? And the lady got an attitude straight away. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the roast sandwiche combo's. The chicken was cold and 90% gristle. The lamb was old and gamey. They give as minimal amounts as possible. I could've gone to the super market and got half my groceries for what they charge. Absolute rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much not a fan. They keep the meat (at least the pork) cold in the cabinet, slice it and place it atop the veg, then microwave the lot. That was... not something I wanted to see done to my 19.50 roast pork meal. It was even worse though, I ate the meal and the pork was very fatty, which is fine if well cooked, but a few minutes in the microwave left me with hot (bland) veg and still cold in places pork. I dont know if you've eaten cold pork fat, but don't. It left me feeling nauseous for the rest of the evening. 0.5 out of ten. Would not recommend, they need to take a lead out of the roast place at riccarton or Bush inne. both are infinitely superior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, friendly staff but the meat was heated in the microwave, the pork sandwich was still cold and chewey, the lamb was like eating fat cardboard, my dog ended up getting both sandwiches as not edible, expensive dog food for $17.00, expected better especially at 1pm being lunchtime
would expect nice edible fresh meat. I won't return to this food shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bland and not even warm. Was very disappointed when they sliced the fat off the pork and then served in thin slivers rather than one chunk like most good mall roast places do! The heartbreak continued as they then placed the plate into the microwave! Honestly regretted ordering from this moment and every mouthful was confirmation that it was a mistake. The remaining fat on the pork tasted of refrigerator. This meal was very sad, bland, and expensive for a badly microwaved meal. 10/10 do NOT recommend. $19.50 for a large pork meal :(
