β β β β β I love Bed bath and beyond, however I went in there today (saturday 3rd of august) at around 4:30pm and spent maybe 15-20 minutes looking around. No one even acknowledged me. I was looking at buying something in particular and I looked around the store several times but couldnt find what I was after. The store wasn't busy, there was maybe one other customer and I could see that the assistants were not busy, but they didn't bother to help me. Really poor customer service, I went elsewhere. What a disappointing shopping experience βΉ

β β β β β Hi l came in to Bed Bath and Beyond The Palms to today intending to buy a chair. This item was shop soiled. When l asked the assistance replied that it was full price despite a 50 and 60 percent off storewide. The shop assistance turned her back on me and walked away .
Wow service sure as come a long way.

She matched the most incredible colours in Pillow Cases, Euro Cases, and the most amazing feeling Throw .... all to match my Duvet Cover I was buying, so I had to 'have it all'!! Now thats an accomplishment!! Smiley, friendly, bit of laughter .... all equals "AMAZING" experience! Thank You!!

β β β β β Bed bath and beyond is full of unhelpful staff and garbage products. Do not recommend.
When I ordered a product online that wasnβt in stock in store, it took a full week to be dispatched and they would not cancel my order even a day before the courier picked it up as apparently they canβt do anything once an order is confirmed. It didnβt arrive in time for an event I needed it for so had to take it back for a refund minus the shipping cost. What a waste of time!
