★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on Mr Chinnery's background and the comments of all but one "satisfied customers", I agreed to a premium price for a small job. The result was mediocre at best, and unfortunately I must agree with the one dissenting comment and would not recommend Mr Chinnery. My experience was made worse when Mr Chinnery tried to extract more money, above the agrees price, and threatened to "undo" some of his work if I did not pay more. Any agreement with him should be written down.
