★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Their quote was well below the others I got, they also fixed a scrape that I didn't point out for the quote, and buffed a side door that looked a bit off. I asked if I could have the work done while I was on holiday as I cannot be without my car. They picked it up , did the job and it was back on my driveway all pristine on my return. Thank you guys, very happy indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy with the quality of the repair. It was a huge job. However, communication was extremely poor. Constantly had to chase up progress. When it was not progressing as originally agreed did not receive and information. Often issues were to do with suppliers (so i was told) which was outside of their control but this resulted in huge delays to the job which was not passed on to myself. when I got the vehicle back the replaced trim was not the correct color to the other trim on vehicle. Again this resulted in many phone calls and having to chase this up myself. Overall, the communication and after service were really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and great work - everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly, the car was repaired and ready on time and to a very high standard - it was also returned to me clean & dust free inside and out - even looks like they removed the usual panel shop dust you normally get in the engine bay.
The workshop is large, modern and amazingly clean for a panel shop. The loan car whilst old was in good condition, reliable and tidy.
The paint work is very good - this is the second time I have had repairs done by them and unlike the previous panel and paint shop I used, I cannot fault the paint quality and colour match for either job - both quite difficult metallic tints.
I have also had them recondition a radiator for me two years ago and they did a very good job of that too.
Very glad to have these guys close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Good day, good customer service. Very quick and informative about quotation of the damage at present. This was 1 of a few quotes that I got. I need a private quote not an insurance job and the guy that quoted me was very understanding of my situation. I even mentioned I was good with second hand parts as I believe we need to recycle as much as we can in this auto parts area.well.in my option any way. I look forward to seeing what I get quotes as this is a very interesting experience because I haven't had to do this myself before. Good life experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the word experience with this panel beater. They called me saying that the job was done, I grabbed the keys, walked to my car and saw that they simply missed fixing the headlight (the job was straightforward: fix front bumper + headlight).
When I checked the front bumper, the job was clearly poorly done. It was full of marks, a result of not preparing the surface prior to painting.
On top of that, they wanted to charge me for the loan car. To be fair, I didn't read the whole document, but as someone who has worked in the car industry for many years, I've never seen anyone charging for it (that's why it's also called a courtesy car). They never pointed out that they'd be charging for it, and it looks like it is on purpose, as when I questioned the charge, they promptly said "but you signed a document saying you'd pay for it".
Not what you'd expect from a family business. Dodgy and incompetent.
