Fleet Image previously named Roy Browne Car Painters was started over 44 years in June 1976 and was located at 87 Albert Park Drive in Te Awamutu. Fourteen years ago, we decided to expand and opened a branch in Hamilton, we now have 3 Branches in Te Awamutu, Hamilton & Auckland. Roy and Pam Browne formed the business originally and 20 years ago Kris Browne & Glenn Tervit became shareholders. Roy Browne Car Painters started out with 4 staff members, we now currently have more than 80 employees between the three branches. We still regard the Te Awamutu Branch as our head office with the biggest workshop space at 1500m2. We initially started the company as a solely car painting branch but have transformed into a fully functional collision repair service. We have been successfully operational as this for the past 11 years picking up awards from the CRA as Overall Best Shop and Best Presented Shop in New Zealand. The Hamilton Branch is our biggest commercial division specialising in painting new commercial vehicle and machinery; however, we still undertake minor truck repair and full refinishes and now have two 16 by 5.5m truck booth and bake ovens. We are set up for large scale jobs and have painted everything from 400T cranes to light aircrafts, helicopters & buses. Lastly the Auckland Branch specialises in trucks, trailers, collision repair and full refinishes. We have our own mobile blasting truck which moves in between our branches in the Waikato to help us keep better control of our commercial transport refinishing. We have come a long way in 44 years and are extremely proud to have become New Zealand's Biggest Independently owned Collision Repair Company.

To do that we have estimators onsite in Te Awamutu every day to start you on your insurance or private repair process as quickly as possible. With a team of 85 excellent tradespeople & administrators that can meet your needs in a timely and professional manner. As a CRA Licensed Structural Collision Repairer, we are approved by all major insurance companies and our work comes with CRA approved guarantee. Unlike other panel beating and paint shops, we are equipped to work on cars, trucks and machinery. With 3 locations in the Waikato and one in Auckland this means we are easily accessible to help with your Collision repair needs.
