★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some blinds which were great and arrived first. However, curtain tracks took a long time to arrive. Communication is terrible, no response to emails. 2 tracks are damaged, again no response from the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 weeks for 1st lot of samples to arrive. Ordered blinds took over a couple of months. We are very happy with them, reasonably priced by comparison with similar products. Communication is terrible, no response to emails, phone calls waste of time. After hours no one picks up.
Requested different samples took a long time to arrive. Have requested another quote for more blinds against my better judgement, 3 weeks still no quote, no response to my emails.
Do they want the business or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good company. Do what they do well. Their double tracks seem excellent quality, packaged well and delivered with no stress. The instillation started out looking confusing, but after doing one - they are a breeze. Good simple system. The single bracket tracks are good too. Got some blinds as well (double track ones) and they are nice so far. Once again - very easy to install, just ensure your measurements are done right.
