Though I could of asked for estimate of cost I didn’t when it wasn’t just a key issue - luckily it wasn’t too expensive for me however others may need to ask for estimate as cost may have been issued for others and it wasn’t offered without me asking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pretty gutted to have to write this review to be honest but it has nearly been three weeks and my key hasn't gotten fixed yet. I came in last week of December to get my key fixed and I was told I would have to wait for another guy (Mark I believe) to be in. They told me he will be in the following Tuesday (5th) which was fine no big deal. Tuesday rolls around and I call to confirm my key and it turns out Mark isn't in. I have then been waiting for the past two weeks with no avail. Very disappointing customer service. Even just a phone call back would of been nice.

Having only one car key due to losing one ( and being an auto device) I was thinking it was going to cost me a lot of money to get another. They cut me a manual key, and re- programmed my existing key to my car for a fraction of what I had been quoted and in less than 2 hours! So grateful for their pleasant helpful and honest service. Go to them first, they could be your best choice by far.
