★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricing is very expensive. I was charged $125 for the hour he worked replacing a double lock on the front door in Te Puke. Charging roughly double for the hardware meant I had a bill of $280. I questioned this to no avail and reluctantly paid. My fault for not checking pricing beforehand. So much for supporting local businesses, I won’t be giving any business to them again. Also borderline rude/disrespectful which I let go at the time. Very poor
