★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place in town for tool repairs big generators and motors I have never seen. There are time frames that are followed along with a job tracking system. If you call they can tell you at what stage your repair is at. Nice people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ substandard, after 10 days had to keep calling every 2nd day to see the status of the repair of my EGO multi tool, only to find out that parts will take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive as NZ is last in the Q after australia. not impressed and no choice as they are the agent, except.....I will take this up with Ego, not australia, but their global organsition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a grinder that had a bolt that was incorrectly put on. I went to a few places for assistance and was told to head to Roscoe and Repairs as they had specialty equipment. These guys were amazing, friendly and efficient. I knew it would be a difficult and tedious job. 15 minutes later they had got the nut off without having to cut it and gave me advice on care of the tool. DID’NT EVEN CHARGE ME!! These guys are awesome and would definitely recommend them.
