★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with service. My car was booked in for a repair and JK's was not able to fix it. Paid our account with a promise that he would find out how to solve problem. Never once rang back. My partner dropped in on two occasions over a fortnight to get some further information. JK compromised to ring back that afternoon on the last occasion. He never did. In the end had to take it to another garage as it was too dangerous to drive at night. It was not until we said that we would take it else where did he say that we needed parts. We took it to other garage who were able to fix the problem straight away and it did not need any parts as JK had stated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Kris for installing my new Hella high powered 130 lights and 110 fog lights, very happy with them! Also thanks for fixing my brake light and trailer adaptor, all going well now. Would highly recommend Kris, he was able to get my lights in over night and do the jobs the next day which was great. He was upfront with what he thought it would cost and has fair pricing, he is also happy to explain anything you want to know. Will definitely be back if I need anything else done. Thanks Caleb. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if possible! Took car into Kris on 4th September. He had a look at it and told me it would cost between $200-$300 to fix. He had a few cars to do before me but would get into it as soon as they were done - in the next few days. Decided seeing as insurance excess was $400 we would go through him rather than claim insurance. I went in a few days later and he said he was just about to start on the car. I had asked him to call me with a proper quote and price - he never did. Between my husband, myself and my daughter (it’s her car) we called and dropped in multiple times asking him to call us with updates - he never did. We constantly chased him. 5 weeks later - while all getting quite annoyed at Kris’s lack of communication etc he then decided the job was actually going to be $1500. He had already started fixing part of the job so we couldn’t take the car to someone else. We decided to claim insurance seeing as it was now $1300 MORE than verbally quoted. Insurance we’re great and were on to it straight away - Kris was not great, not even good. He wouldn’t reply to the insurance company, wouldn’t send photos, wouldn’t call us - nothing. 56 days later, he finally decided to order the part for the car and it was completed by the next day. So all up, he took 8 whole weeks to fix something that actually physically took him half a day to do. When I went in to question him I walked into another customer and advised him not to leave his car here as we’d been waiting EIGHT weeks for ours to be done, Kris then told him (in front of me) that I was lying and had actually postponed the job half way through. I questioned why he said that when I went to finally collect the car and at first he denied saying it then later admitted it was because he was angry at me. He then apologized for taking EIGHT weeks to fix a half day job but, he was 7.5 weeks too late for the apology to be acceptable. Do not leave your vehicles with this man! He will never call you nor face his responsibilities.
