★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bi-annual mower and tool service was due so it was off to Roslyn Mowers to have this completed. Everything looked sparkly clean and in order on pick up. They even replaced a worn wheel on the mower with a spare one they had lying around the work shop. I would recommend going here for the attention to detail they provide as part of excellent customer service. Not often seen these days.

Didn't think my mower was covered under warranty but it was!
The great mechanic even cleaned my ugly beast making him all new and shiny looking, looked like a new mower.

Nothing has been a problem and I love not stubbing my toe on a raised hearth anymore! The advice in selecting the right fire for our needs has been fantastic and we couldn't be happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my mower here to have the blades sharpened. Took a few days but had been told it could take about a week so I was pretty happy with that. The staff were friendly. They cleaned the mower down - somewhat better than I had before dropping it off and also let me know I needed to top up the oil. Very good service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mower worked perfectly for years - literally never skipped a beat. Figured a service couldn't do any harm so took it in. $163 later and it hasn't started well since. I took it back stating it wasn't starting so they rechecked it, charged me a further $43 then sent me on my way. It's still not going. Had to pay more somewhere else. People are nice to deal with tho, so that's a positive :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are Awesome! I have a property inspection coming up really soon & needed my mower fixed urgently ?. I explained the situation to them and we're able to help me out & fix my mower! Truly saved the day. Really pleasant staff and really good prices. -I thoroughly recommend!

Didn't seem to know when or how much repairs would cost and to be honest didn't seem bothered about me as a possible customer. AVOID and go somewhere that values customer service and knows what they're doing because this place sure isn't it
