β β β β β Would give zero stars. My father and I went in there a couple days ago, and were turned away for not wearing masks, even though we both have exemptions due to medical reasons. So if you literally cannot wear a mask for legitimate reasons, you're STILL not welcome there. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be going there again, and I will definitely be telling everyone I know not to waste their money on this discriminating business. Despicable!

β β β β β My father was kicked out for not wearing a mask although he had an exception for heart and breathing issues. All staff were very friendly apart from the owner. All good though, will never return. Ps - long servicing customers

β β β β β Mixed impressions, very depending what salesman you get. Went there twice, first impression I experienced normal customer service. However, second time salesperson unfriendly, rude and not interested. Why work in retail if you don't like customers?

β β β β β Had been eyeing off a couple of jackets online but at $170 each I just couldn't do it.
Had a thought to ring the rotorua store and just enquire, wouldn't you know they were on special for $99.95, SOLD!
With thanks to Tina for her assistance and great service over the phone and a quick call to my mama, my hubby and I now have some very nice jackets on there way to Australia. Can't wait to receive them.

β β β β β First visit there and after reading stories of rude obnoxious staff, was ready for some possible terse replies, but received the complete opposite. Very warm welcome and service and advice. Bought with full confidence. I would have given 5 stars, but 2 shop assistants were too busy having a good old yack at the back of the store and ignored my obvious signs of looking lost. I had to interrupt them to ask for directions.
