Our team are specialists in regular automotive servicing, diagnostics and all types of repairs to motor vehicles. If you have a “Prestige Car", Classic or are an everyday driver - our team of mechanics is dedicated to providing the service and customer care, you the customer deserves. A lot of people do not feel comfortable asking questions and finding out more about what their car needs when repairs are carried out. At Rotorua Motor Works our team is very happy to go through the details. We have found a lot of our female customers thank us for the time we take in explaining so they do understand. This helps build great relationships with our customers and they feel comfortable.
Our technicians pride themselves in customer service, outstanding workmanship. We also have all of the diagnostic equipment and software to be able to cater for most modern vehicles driven today.

The service was amazing - he went above and beyond to help us out. He was frank, honest and did a great repair at a fair price. I'd highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted someone local to service our quite rare BMW Z4 Coupe. Eldad Ronen and his staff at Rotorua Motor Works were the team we trusted for the job. Eldad has expertise and extensive experience in BMW and Mercedes workshops. He also has all the hardware to work on these vehicles. Eldad is a car enthusiast himself and understands how to look after somebody's prized vehicle. Eldad was very accomodating and did a first class job. Going the extra mile is a concept well understood by this team. Thanks Eldad and team. I'll be back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service,was straight up about the issue with my car gave me price, ended up hundred dollars cheaper than originally priced.He had done extra things.
Example....
My engine light has been on for ages he cleared it told me what was the issue.
And other things associated with what was being done with my car.
I don't live in Rotorua, I drove in last night and my brakes started scrapping I needed it done asap. Rang this morning he fitted me in and got my car back just after lunch.
So I'll be driving back up north safely now so much appreciated.

Ladies, if you’ll anything like me and know nothing about car motors then I highly recommend Rotorua Motor Works. I found out more about my car in the 30min I spent there, than I have since I’ve owed it! Straight to the point and trustworthy. I left them knowing exactly what to expect. Will definitely use there service again in the future.
