β β β β β Extremely poor and un professional service by the call centre. Incompetent and careless. Booked for a 4.30pm departure from hotel, got passed from 2 people while trying to book. Got to 4.50 no one showed I did a follow up call they didnt have the booking. Promised someone would be there in 5. Got to 5. 10pm and the taxi was mysteriously in a different place... Ended up in a taxi at 5.30... Really tried to give the TAXI federation business over UBER but these guys are a joke...

β β β β β I'm from out of town so don't really know where anything is. After ordering our taxi via phone robot, I took the option to hold to speak to a human rep so I could find out an ETA. The woman (working very early this morning Friday 6/1/22) on the other end said "what do you think, he's flying?" and promptly hung up. Such a shame as the driver who arrived shortly after to pick us up was the most lovely taxi driver I have ever met. Unfortunately, his dispatcher has let him down and I won't be using Blue Bubble Taxis in Rotorua again.

β β β β β Such a terrible service. Waited over half an hour for our taxi to arrive and no one came to pick us up. After calling them repeatedly they told us theyβd call us. Still heard nothing. Not OK.

β β β β β Although the wait I felt was abit long and finding the fares for the 2 taxis I caught considering from my pick up to my 5 minutes drop off was way cheaper than the 2nd taxi who took exactly the same 5 minutes distance as my first taxi and where I was only half-hour between ordering both taxis. Apart from all of that, both drivers Customer service skills and friendly polite manners made up for the different Fare prices between them.
PS I have been curious to know please how do 2 taxis approximately booked half-hour Apart from each other, taking the exact same route and same 5 minutes from both pick ups and drop off's?

β β β β β Price quoted for drive to the airport from Ngongotaha was $61.00. This was already expensive; it cost $44.00 with another company from the airport. I ended up paying $89.00 ... Otherwise service was good, but they should accurately estimate fair prices
