β β β β β Booked a taxi early in the day for a taxi to pick us up at 2.30. We waited for half an hour after 2.30 to find out that our taxi wouldnβt be there till 5.30. Absolute waste of time, no point in booking a taxi through these guys they donβt care about their customers, theyβre just money hungry dogs. Would not recommend ever using Tauranga Mount Taxis.

Very unprofessional and disgusting business.

β β β β β booked a wheelcheer van to transport a terminally ill patient to his family. got the pick up done was told to ring ghe given number for the return trip was hung up on every time for over a hour tried booking online and heard nothing. very dissapointing service.

β β β β β Booked a taxi first thing in the morning for 3pm that day, taxi company told me that chances are they would be late and not there to pick us up at 3pm. Whatβs the point in booking then? 4pm had gone by and still no taxi. Would not recommend.

β β β β β Ordered a taxi for 9.30. Waited until 10.05 and was told the taxi wasnβt coming even though we ordered. Was told with attitude that βordering is not how it worksβ. Did not get a taxi. Would not recommend. Poor service

β β β β β Disappointing - booked well in advance so they would be on time as heading to airport with a lot of bags and a baby. Late which was really frustrating. Staff were polite enough but i would probably book Uber next time.

β β β β β Honestly, if I could leave 0 stars I would. I called 5 times to confirm before the booked times, they SAID the 2 vans I ordered were available and I trusted they were. BIG MISTAKE. After the vans didn't arrive, I called and they said that they "had my bookings, but no vans were available", there was no alternative and they didn't offer any further advice or anything. Leaving me and my group of 14 stranded in the middle of the night. Don't trust this company.
A note: maybe don't confirm a booking if YOU DON'T HAVE THE CARS?!?!
