★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enquired about purchasing a new Segway Snarler quad bike from Royale Cars but I was concerned about it towing capacity of the quad. They gladly towed a demo quad to all the way out to a farm where they towed a boat around with the quad then sent me a video of it to show how well it performed. They went well out of their way to help me. Ultimately I didn't purchase from them as they didn't have the exact model that I wanted but I would most certainly buy from them next time. Amazing service and communication! I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the best motorcycle dealership I've been too so far...walked into the shop while my bike was being serviced and was greeted/acknowledged by everyone that works there by a smile/"Hi"/head-nod.
Had organised a test ride for an upgrade to my Royal Enfield and Hika was open to letting me test all the models to make sure I was happy, I only rode two.
Went to lunch whilst the bike was being worked on and got two phones calls to say it was ready (over-efficient). Service cost about $50-$80 cheaper than Auckland dealers who treat you like they exist to do you a favour.
Even though I didn't end up buying my upgrade from them as I found a 2nd-hand nearly new one on TradeMe, I was so impressed with that I've told everyone I know to buy from them as they do free feight up to Auckland.
Back there next week to service my new bike.
10 out of 10 service!
