★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at 11.30am to meet up with someone re looking at our car, turned up on time and was told hes busy and we had to wait for a while. Told the receprionist we have other appointments. She went and get the guy and he told us most people dont turn up to their appointments and that its up to us wether we want to wait or not. This is very poor service. Why book an appointment if they are not going to keep it. No sorry and asking if we can wait, just straight away tell us if we want to wait otherwise he doesnt care basically ?. Waste of our time.
