★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RPL were quick to come to do a site visit for me, however, promised me a quote in 3 days time and never delivered it. I continuously asked for one (2 weeks) and then they (Lina) sent me the quote and mucked up the meterage and price and never bothered re send me another fixed up quote, she promised to send it to me - again didn't (and I still haven't got it). They were hard to contact - didn't respond to emails. Seems like they just like getting out of the office and going on site visits . Just be honest to your customers and say you don't want the work if you can't do it.
