We are the sole NZ factory approved Elddis dealer and they give us 100% factory backed warranties. The warranties are very important to our clients and consequently, Elddis are very fussy when it comes to who does any work on their product. Over the years, we have established a very strong relationship with RSE in Auckland and I would have to say, should you be looking to have any work carried out on your RV, or for any componentry ie TV's, satellite dishes, solar installations etc, you could not find a more trustworthy and capable company to deal with. We task Daryl and Sue (The owners) with a job and without fail, we have never had a comeback with inferior workmanship. Elddis have given them the big tick, so if it's good enough for them, it's certainly good enough for us. Highly recommended.

I had managed to basically wipe programming from our motorhome TV and the team helped me recover the firmware and the software and now TV works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially positive experiences here, despite charging more than competitors. Two negative interactions completely changed my opinion.
First, charging me for a basic quote to replace a microwave in a campervan - not standard practice with previous quotes.
Second, replacing the wrong marker light on my vehicle despite having photos of the correct one. Admitted their error but claimed it was broken too (no evidence one way or the other) and tried to charge me again to fix the initially agreed light. Outcome still pending.
While initially responsive to communications, it's now been over a week and I'm giving up.
