★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked at how easy and convenient it was to transfer prescriptions from the mainland to Russell. Was concerned that I ran out of my medication and wouldn't get any within weeks. A quick email to my Pharmacy in the states and one hour later I had my prescriptions. These guys are top notch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is poor. I changed from this pharmacy to Paihia about a year ago, for this reason. But I had to go back here last week, for an urgent prescription. I was hoping things had changed, but no! Still the same frosty, unhelpful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very unfriendly, unwelcoming, aggressive service lady( no service lady), which was so disappointing and unexpected from a friendly town. I think this shop worker just doesn't want to have a job and has no training or experience in good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a horrible customer service experience - whoever employs the rude, menopausal dragon behind the counter at this pharmacy clearly wants to keep their turnover and customer loyalty to an absolute minimum. Please add me to the growing list on this review page of people who won't ever be going back in there again!
