★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, not very good experience. Booked a machine for 4 weeks, no one contact me when the term nearly finish. I called and arranged the pickup time, you guys could not run on time, well, i could delivery to your store on that day. But you have scheduled pickup the next week. And i have been charged for the extra week. And your staff said i should arrange everything, and the machine is in my house , so i should pay. But the original contract was 4 weeks. Not good!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After contract had ended and machine had been picked up, they continued to take weekly payments from our credit card for another 3 to 4 weeks. Got given the run-around, not returning calls extra, apparently they chuck out the paperwork as soon as the contact ends and are unable to give information about the termination date. Still no refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the pay to own option on a 2nd hand machine. I paid closer to brand new price.
I paid this off a few months ago, now a few months down the track I get an invoice saying I still owed money. Had to go through all the paper work and bank statements to show they had missed a payment and the original invoice I received was different. Seems to be an ongoing theme in posts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emailed them over a week ago to state that I should have finished my payments. They are still taking money out of my credit card. Sounds like this is a regular occurrence. Don't even answer your email.
Well I must say they fixed this very promptly after review. Apologies accepted. The treadmill is very good.
