★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and we’re in the market for a rowing machine to improve our fitness. Elite Fitness was the third place we tried that day, and were by far the best. Roma was awesome to deal with. She was friendly and knowledgeable and she also wasn’t pushy, after she showed and recommend a few rowers she allowed my wife and I to make a decision without any pressure which was great. The rower we decided on was not in stock in the Palmy store but she sourced one from another store and it was here in no time with no extra charge. If you want fitness equipment go see Roma!!

I understand that his business is under the pump with many customers wanting help and product (now!) Despite this pressure, Dion has been consistently excellent to work with. He is fair, level headed and above all incredibly reasonable (which feels like a rarity these days). He is very positive, puts the customer first and himself second (for example he contacted me with updates over lock down and then dropped everything to come and set my bike up when I let him know it had arrived). Dion has a deep product knowledge and works hard to understand his customers needs - he listens and asks questions (again a rarity!) In my case he has helped me find the best solution for my fitness needs. Thank you Dion!

Manager at the Palmerston store dealt with my issues and offered to get someone to my house to have a look at it or send it to the store for $800 at my expense. This is under warranty but they refuse to cover it. No one told me that this issue of getting the arm screws in are common. This looks so ugly in my newly built home. Manager (Luchi) refusing to help any further and sarcastic, overbearing attitude over the phone. My lawyer has advised me to take them to court as this is covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act and Elite Fitness manager will not acknowledge this. Would not recommend this store. This will be my first and last time buying from this company!
