★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great range of stuff. The two women that served me were superb. Helpful. The man however, made me feel quite uncomfortable and pressured. He left. And I ended up buying lots and the women were super nice and directed me to the cable car. Awesome staff. Great selection. Love NZ

They have got amazing All Blacks goods.
But way disappointed by the poor customer service :(
(Acknowledging people entering in the store can make a huge difference in the experience or asking them if they need information/hand with anything)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My preferred stop for official licensed All Blacks performance game shirts and sponsored gear in general! Great selection of clothing including kids wear ... often shop here for my sons sports apparel for school etc. as well as gifts for family. Always happy to spend money at this store as the customer service is excellent ... have never left the shop feeling anything less then appreciated and valued as a customer! Can highly recommend! See for yourself...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As other reviews said..customer service (the girl) is poor. There were still 20 minutes left and she was in a total rush not even smiling. She has seen we are from overseas and she was still annoyed. NZ is the only place we get the All. Black stuff which were great.
It's a shame that probably the manager won't even read this.
