★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. A style I'd had many times and she literally butchered my hair. On top of that she was running 15 minutes late and I couldn't hang around as I had other appointments so my appointment wasn't 45 min but 30 min. All in all a nightmare experience.
